What I Do
Estate cleanouts in Charlotte County. Clearly, respectfully, and on schedule.
Whole-House Cleanouts
When a house needs to be completely emptied — after a passing, before a sale, or because someone is downsizing — I handle the whole thing. Furniture, clothes, dishes, paperwork, garage, shed, and anything else inside.
Most jobs take one to three days, depending on the size of the house. I'll give you a clear price up front, and that's what you pay. No hourly surprises.
Estate Cleanouts
For attorneys, executors, and family
If you're managing an estate, I make this part easy. I work with attorneys and executors directly. I'll communicate with whoever you tell me to — the heir up in Ohio, the realtor down the street, or just you.
I document everything with photos. Before, during, and after. If I find anything that looks personal — letters, photographs, jewelry, military items, family documents — I set it aside in a clearly labeled box for the family to go through.
Broom-Clean Finish
When I leave, the house is empty and swept clean. Ready for the realtor, the buyer, or the next chapter.
I don't consider the job done when the last piece of furniture goes out the door. I sweep every room, wipe down surfaces, and make sure the place is clean enough to walk a buyer through.
A lot of people are surprised by that. It shouldn't be surprising — if you trusted me with your family's home, the least I can do is leave it looking right.
What I don't do
I focus on full-house cleanouts. I don't do single-item pickups (one couch, one mattress, etc.) — there are good local options for that.
I also don't do estate sales or auctions. If you have valuables you'd like to sell first, I can recommend a reputable local company to handle that side, then I'll come in afterward.
