How It Works
Four simple steps. No surprises.
Step 1 — You call, or fill out the form.
Tell me about the house. Where it is, roughly how big, and what kind of timeline you're working with. If you have a few photos, send them — it helps me give a better estimate. If not, no problem.
Step 2 — I come walk through.
I'll meet you at the house (or arrange a way to get in if you're out of state). The walkthrough is free and there's no pressure. I'll look at every room and give you a fair, all-in price right there.
Step 3 — We pick a day, and I show up.
Once you say yes, we schedule the work. Most cleanouts take one to three days depending on the size of the home. I show up when I said I would, with my truck and my crew.
Step 4 — The house is cleared. You have the keys back.
When I'm done, the house is empty. I'll send you final photos so you can see for yourself. The keys come back to you, and the house is ready for whatever's next — listing it, showing it, or closing the sale.
What I do with personal items
Before anything gets moved out, I sort. If I find letters, photographs, jewelry, military medals, family documents, or anything else that clearly belongs to a person — I set it aside in a labeled box for the family.
Nothing important gets thrown away by mistake. That's a promise.
Common Questions
How do I get a quote for a cleanout?
Call Jonathan directly or fill out the quote form. He'll get back to you within one business day — usually the same day. For most jobs, he'll want to do a free in-person walkthrough before giving a final price.
How long does a cleanout take?
Most whole-house cleanouts take one to three days depending on the size of the home and how full it is. Jonathan will give you a realistic timeline during the walkthrough.
Do you work with families who live out of state?
Yes. Jonathan works with out-of-state families regularly. He can coordinate with a local contact to access the property and sends photos before, during, and after the job so you know exactly what happened.
What happens to personal items like photos, letters, and jewelry?
Before anything is removed, Jonathan sorts carefully. Anything that looks personally significant — photographs, letters, jewelry, military items, family documents — gets set aside in a labeled box for the family. Nothing important gets thrown away.
Is there a contract or commitment required?
No long-term contracts. Jonathan gives you a flat-rate quote, and if you agree, he does the work. The walkthrough is free with no obligation.
