Handling an estate is hard enough. I work directly with attorneys, executors, and family members — including those who live out of state.
I'll send photos before, during, and after. I'll set aside anything that looks personal — letters, photographs, jewelry, military items, family documents — before anything else gets touched. And I'll have the house ready for the realtor when I leave.
