When the Service Is Over
The house still needs to be cleared. That's where I come in — whenever you're ready.
There's no rush from me
When someone calls me after a loss, the last thing they need is pressure. I don't push. I don't have a waiting list I'm trying to fill. When you're ready to talk, I'm here.
I've done a lot of post-funeral cleanouts in Charlotte County. Some families want to wait a month before anything changes. Some need the house cleared quickly because there's a sale pending or a lease ending. Either way, I can work with your timeline.
When I walk through the house, I treat it like someone's home — because it was. Nothing gets rushed. Nothing gets thrown away carelessly.
What I do with the things inside
Before I clear anything, I go through every room carefully. Anything that looks personally significant — family photographs, letters, wedding albums, military items, personal diaries, jewelry, documents — gets set aside in a labeled box.
That box comes back to you. You decide what happens to it. Nothing that matters to a family gets thrown away without someone looking at it first.
That's a promise I make on every job.
When you're ready
Call me when you're ready to talk. You don't have to have everything figured out — just tell me about the house and where things stand. We'll go from there.
A free walkthrough costs nothing and commits you to nothing. I'll look at the house, give you a fair price, and let you decide.
I answer my own phone. You'll always get me, not a voicemail.
