For Executors Handling an Estate
You have a lot on your plate. The property cleanout shouldn't be one of the hard parts. I make it straightforward.
I understand what executors need
Being an executor means coordinating a lot of moving pieces — legal, financial, family, and real estate. The property usually needs to be cleared before it can be listed, and that needs to happen on a timeline that works with everything else.
I work with executors directly. I give you a flat price upfront — something you can put in your accounting. I provide written documentation and photos of everything that was cleared, which can be useful for estate records.
And I communicate clearly. If you have an attorney I should coordinate with, I will. If you have family members who need to see photos before anything is removed, I can arrange that too.
What I do for executor clients
Communicate directly with attorneys, real estate agents, or family members — whoever you designate
Provide photos before, during, and after for estate records
Carefully sort personal items — photos, letters, jewelry, documents set aside for family
Flat-rate upfront quote you can include in estate accounting
Work around probate court timelines and sale dates
Leave the property broom-clean and ready to list
A note about personal items
Before anything gets moved out, I go through every room carefully. Anything that looks personally significant — family photographs, letters, military medals, jewelry, financial documents, personal diaries — gets set aside in a labeled box.
That box goes to the family or the executor. Nothing important gets discarded without someone looking at it first.
